摘要
图书馆的具体工作交织着馆员显性知识与隐性知识的多次转化,图书馆内部隐性知识显化及共享对工作质量产生着重要影响。传统图书馆存在不利于内部知识共享的因素,包括固有组织机构和机制的缺陷以及对知识共享激励不足等,这些因素对共享造成了障碍。而实现图书馆隐性知识共享的策略包括从制度上对知识共享提供保障;建立知识管理体系及共享平台;建立合理的图书馆组织结构。此外还应建立合理的激励机制,使馆员能够产生共享自己隐性知识的动力。
As knowledge service organizations,libraries embody their work in the several transformations of librarians' intrinsic and extrinsic knowledge.Especially,the intrinsic knowledge transformation and co-sharing have great effect on the quality of library work.Traditional libraries have some disadvantageous factors for intrinsic knowledge co-sharing,such as inherent organizational defects and lack of the incentive mechanism.The strategy to realize the co-sharing of library intrinsic knowledge mainly includes the following aspects: to set up the system to guarantee the co-sharing,to set up the co-sharing platform and knowledge management system,to set up the proper library organizational structures,and finally,to set up the proper intrinsic and extrinsic incentive mechanisms.
