摘要
本文对皮肤软组织扩张器法外耳再造术的手术前后护理及健康教育进行综述，术前注重皮肤准备及体位训练，术后加强注水期护理、负压引流、皮瓣及耳廓支架的观察与护理，从而使外耳再造术后达到最佳的效果。
This article summarized nursing care and health education before and after surgery. Nurses should pay attention on skin preparation and position training before operation and strengthen the nursing of expanding period nursing, the negative pressure drainage, skin flap and the pinna stents, in order to achieve the best effect of postoperative of ear reconstruction.
