摘要
我国糖尿病教育开展了10余年已有了较大的发展,但是与发达国家相比还存在着许多不足之处。在教育者方面,教育者缺乏规范的认证制定、教育方法多以传统的说教式教育为主、教育过程中缺乏理论的指导及有效沟通技巧的应用。提出的对策是教育者应当提高对健康教育的认识,树立教育的新理念、建立符合国内护理现状的系统的,规范的培训机制并实施规范的认证制度。
Diabetes Education in China have been carried out more than 10 years with a larger development, but compared with developed countries there are still many limitations. As diabetes educators, the lack of standardized certification of educator, more traditional didactic education, the less use of theory in nursing practice and lack of counseling skills. So some strategies were mentioned in this article, for example, educators should improve the cognition on health education, promptly change their philosophy about diabetes education, establish the systematic and standardized training system and carry out authorized certification system.
