摘要
基础研究科研环境的优劣是能否保障其持续、稳定、健康发展的关键要素。本文结合承担的国家科学技术部研究课题 ,在专家问卷调查基础上 ,建立了基础研究科研环境综合评价指标体系 ,并用模糊综合评判方法对基础研究科研环境状况进行分析和评价 。
Scientific research environment of Fundamental Research is the key element of ensuring the persisten,con- stant and good development of fundamental research.On the basis of the research project of the National Science and Technology Ministry,and by using expertinvestigation method,the author established a general indication system and did the related analysis and evaluation.Therefore,thepaperputforward several policy suggestions on improving the na- tional scientific research environment of the fundamental research.
