摘要
介绍了用掺钕钇铝石榴石激光虹膜切除治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的方法和操作技术，并根据临床病例对术后用药及并发症等进行了探讨．
This paper introduces the method and operating technique for treatment of PACG by using Nd: YAG iridotomy laser, explores the medical effect after keratotomy and complication by means of climical case.
