沸石对偶氮染料废水活性污泥混合液性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察沸石投加到偶氮染料废水活性污泥混合液中与活性污泥的结合情况,研究其对污泥沉降性能及染料废水的吸附性能的影响.方法从处理染料废水的MBR中取出发生膨胀的活性污泥,投加不同粒径的沸石(0.088~0.097mm,0.105~0.125mm,0.2~0.3mm,0.335~0.5mm),经搅拌后静沉.结果粒径0.105~0.125mm的沸石最适合与活性污泥结合处理偶氮染料废水.沸石投量2g/L,活性污泥混合液沉降比由膨胀时的85%降到51%.沸石投量1g/L,染料废水脱色率和COD去除率分别提高45.8%和27.6%.结论投加沸石可改善活性污泥沉降性能,并能提高对偶氮染料废水的吸附性能. This paper concentrates on the influence on the performance of activated sludge sedimentation and the absorption properties to the dye wastewater by inputting zeolite in azo dye wastewater activated sludge mixture, with the combination of activated sludge. The research method is adopted by taking the expanded and activated sludge mixture out of the dye wastewater MBR, then putting zeolite with four particle size, ran- ging from 0. 088 -0. 097 mm,0. 105 -0. 125 mm,0. 2 ~0. 3 mm to 0. 335 -0. 5 mm,finally,obtaining the sedimentations after mixing. The result could be found as the aerolite of particle size 0. 105 - 0. 125 mm is the most appropriate for combination with activated sludge to treat azo dye wastewater. When the dosage of zeolite is 2 mg/L, the SV of the activated sludge mixture dropped from 85 % to 51%. When the dosage of zeolite is 1 mg/L,the decolorization rate and COD removal rates are increased respectively by 45.8% and 27. 6%. It indicates that adding zeolite can improve the performance of activated sludge sedimentation, and it also can improve the absorption properties to azo dye wastewater.
