摘要
过对旋转式冲刷腐蚀试验装置流速场的简化计算,得出如下流速场运动规律:(1)试样表面各点相对速度随冲蚀角增大而增大;(2)离旋转中心越远相对速度越大,靠近旋转圆盘相对速度为零;(3)有挡板使得相对速度比无挡板显著增大;(4)冲蚀角α=45°时,冲刷作用最强烈;α<45°时,材料主要承受切向冲刷作用;α>45°时,材料主要承受法向冲刷作用。
The velocity field of revolve erosion-corrosion test devices was calculated.The motion law of velocity field was found that(1) the relative velocity of specimen surfices was as increased as erosion-corrosion anyle (2)the farther distance was away from the revolve center,the larger relative velocity (3)the relative velocity with the baffle was bigger than without it (4)as α=45° ,erosion-corrosion effect was the strongist as α<45°the main effect was tangential as α>45°,the main effect vertical.
