摘要
过对旋转式冲刷腐蚀试验装置流速场的简化计算，得出如下流速场运动规律：（1）试样表面各点相对速度随冲蚀角增大而增大；（2）离旋转中心越远相对速度越大，靠近旋转圆盘相对速度为零；（3）有挡板使得相对速度比无挡板显著增大；（4）冲蚀角α＝45°时，冲刷作用最强烈；α＜45°时，材料主要承受切向冲刷作用；α＞45°时，材料主要承受法向冲刷作用。
The velocity field of revolve erosion-corrosion test devices was calculated.The motion law of velocity field was found that(1) the relative velocity of specimen surfices was as increased as erosion-corrosion anyle (2)the farther distance was away from the revolve center,the larger relative velocity (3)the relative velocity with the baffle was bigger than without it (4)as α=45° ,erosion-corrosion effect was the strongist as α＜45°the main effect was tangential as α＞45°,the main effect vertical.
