摘要
为提高万家寨水利枢纽水能利用率和发电效益,针对万家寨大坝泄洪形成的堆渣影响尾水位的主要问题,对照万家寨水利枢纽水工模型试验成果,比较分析实测流量、尾水位关系曲线与设计流量、尾水位曲线,结果表明工程实际运行后的尾水雍高值与模型试验结果基本接近,认为泄洪形成的尾水堆渣是尾水位雍高的主要原因,并且根据尾水雍高值对万家寨水利枢纽发电效益损失及耗水率进行了计算,证明尾水雍高对发电效益影响明显,提出应尽早进行河道堆渣清理工作的建议。
In order to raise the utilization rate of water energy and the benefit of power generation of Wanjiazhai Water Multi-purpose Dam Project, the observed and design discharge-tailwater level curves were compared and analyzed based on hydraulic model test results with regard to the main problem of influences of the slag dump induced by flood release of Wanjiazhai Dam on the tailwater level. The results show that the increase of the tailwater after the operation of actual project is basically close to that of the model test results and is resulted from the slag dump by flood release. The calculations for the loss of power generation and the rate of water consumption of Wanjiazhai Water Multi-purpose Dam Project according to the increase of the tailwater indicate that the increase of the tailwater has remarkable influences on the benefit of power generation. The slag dump in the watercourse should be cleaned as early as possible.
