摘要
结合硫酸侵蚀混凝土的试验,分析了均匀试验和非参数回归在试验研究中的应用.采用均匀试验,设计了2因素8水平的试验,控制因素为水灰比和浸泡液pH值,采用非参数回归对试验结果进行处理.给出表观扩散系数的经验公式,证实均匀试验和非参数回归在试验研究中具有有效性.
Combined the experiment of concrete corrosion by sulfuric acid, the application of uniform design and non-parametric regression are introduced. The two factors and eight levels experiment is designed by uniform design method,and the water-cement ratio and the pH value of the soak solution are considered as control factors, and the results are processed by the non-parametric regression. The empirical formula of the apparent diffusion coefficient is given and the effectiveness of uniform design and non-parametric regression are confirmed in the experiment.
