基于三次样条插值的渐开线齿轮参数化设计技术研究

摘要 齿轮传动有诸多优点,是机械行业中最重要的传动形式之一。随着现代设计方法的不断进步,参数化设计技术已经成为计算机辅助设计的重要指标。渐开线圆柱直齿齿轮参数化设计的主要问题是大部分的画图软件没有渐开线命令。用三次样条曲线近似替代渐开线,并对不同插值方案生成的样条曲线进行误差分析,从而得到一种简单方便的三次样条插值方法。用该方法参数化生成的齿轮精度较高,对于齿轮传动仿真和有限元分析具有重大意义。 The gear drive has many virtues, and is one of the most important transmission forms in the machinery industry. With the continuous progress of modern design methods, the parametric design technology has become an important indicator of computer-aided design. But the main problem of involute cylindric straight-tooth gear parametric design is that most of the drawing softwares can't draw involute curve directly. Cubic spline is used to alternative involute curve. And different interpolation plans are taken for error analysing in order to found a simple and convenient way of generating cubic spline. Gears are generated of high precision by this parametric method and have great significance for the gear drive sumulation and finite element analysis.
