摘要
阐述了软交换技术的基本原理和发展趋势,分析了建设软交换系统的意义,介绍了重庆市电力公司将软交换运用于电力通信领域的积极探索,包括软交换系统建设规划、建设目标、方案设计、业务实现等,着重论述了如何通过软交换技术引入新的多媒体调度通信业务,以及如何与现有的传统电路交换实现优势互补、平滑过渡。
This paper introduces the basic principle and developing trend of soft switch technology,analyses the necessity of constructing a soft switch system,and discusses its application in chongqing power supply company,including soft switch system design,system plan and business realization.The realization of multimedia dispatching and communication based on soft switch technology as well as the co-development with existing network are also discussed in the paper.
