摘要
目的探讨伊曲康唑治疗血液恶性肿瘤患者并发真菌感染的疗效。方法回顾分析2007年12月至2009年7月收治40例血液恶性肿瘤患者并发真菌感染患者应用伊曲康唑治疗的疗效。结果伊曲康唑临床总有效率为60%,确诊组、临床诊断组和拟诊组的有效率分别为62.5%、65%和50%,三组间治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应中肝功能异常发生率7.5%,无肾功能损害发生。结论伊曲康唑治疗血液恶性肿瘤患者并发真菌感染有良好的疗效,且安全性较好,但使用时尚需监测肝功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of itraconazole in the treatment of fungal infections in patients with hematological malignancies.Methods The efficacy of itraconazole in the treatment of 40 malignant hematological patients analyzed retrospectively in our department from December 2007 to July 2009.Results The total efficacy rate of itraconazole was 60%（24/40）.The efficacy rates in patients with confirmed diagnosis,clinical diagnosis and recommended diagnosis were 62.5%（5/8）,65%（13/20） and 50%（6/12） respectively.There were no statistical differences in the efficacy rates among the three groups（P〉0.05）.Of the adverse reaction,the incidence of liver dysfunction was 7.5%（3/40）,renal dysfunction did not happened.Conclusion Itraconazole is effective and safe in the treatment of fungal infections in patients with hematological malignancies with better safety.
