摘要
酚醛树脂是砂带生产的常用胶粘剂,但由于金刚石与普通磨料在性能上有很大的差别,金刚石与涂附层的粘结技术及其粘结剂本身的耐磨性、柔软性等很难解决,从而成为金刚石砂带发展的一个"瓶颈"。因此,必须在普通磨料砂带研究的基础上进行改性,才能得到性能优越的金刚石砂带。试验分别将4条不同添加剂和采用不同植砂工艺制成的砂轮进行测试,研究了偶联剂,植砂方式及金刚石等因素对砂轮质量的影响。
Phenolic resin is a common bond in the production of abrasive belt. Due to the performances between diamond and conventional abrasive are very different, bonding technology of diamond and coating layer, wear resistance and flexibility of the bond are very difficult to solve, which become a "bottleneck" of diamond abrasive belt development. Therefore, it must be modified in order to obtain diamond abrasive belt with superior performance.
