摘要 [目的]对萝芙木种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量进行评价,为萝芙木规范化种植基地建设提供科学依据。[方法]土壤环境质量按GB15618-1995《土壤环境质量标准》进行检测;灌溉水质量按GB5084-2005《农田灌溉水质标准》进行检测;种植基地药材质量按WM/T2-2004《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》进行检测。[结果]土壤质量达到GB15618-1995Ⅰ级标准,灌溉水质量达到GB5084-2005要求,药材质量达到WM/T2-2004要求。[结论]种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量完全符合《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)的相关要求,适合作为萝芙木药材生产基地。 [Objective] Soil and irrigation water of cultivation base of Rauvolfia verticillata were evaluated to provide the scientific foundation for the construction of GAP cultivation base.[Method] GB 15618-1995 Environmental Quality Standard for Soil was adopted to analyze the environmental quality of soil.GB 5084-2005 Standards for Irrigation Water Quality was adopted to analyze the irrigation water quality.WM/T 2-2004 Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy was adopted to analyze the medicinal materials quality.[Result] The soil quality reached Ⅰ class of GB 15618-1995.The irrigation water quality reached GB 5084-2005.The medicinal materials quality reached WM/T 2-2004.[Conclusion] The quality of soil and irrigation water in cultivation base of Rauvolfia verticillata accorded with the requirement of GAP of Chinese medicinal materials.
