摘要
针对真空压力浸漆设备关注的安全性、可靠性和操作性等问题,提出了危险源与设备总体分开布置,以气动执行元件代替常规电动执行元件,并结合人机工程学原理,研制了一型一体化真空压力浸漆装置,经实践证明效果良好。
It discusses some problems about operation,security,and reliability of the VPI equipment,and points out danger apart from the collectivity.It redesigns a kind of an integrated VPI equipment choosing pneumatic instead of electric component. Moreover the new design combines man-machine engineering. It proves good effect in practice.
