摘要
设计了一种新颖的半导体光纤温度传感器，实验结果表明用该光纤温度传感系统可实现对高速旋转体的非接触稳定测量。
This paper describes a design of semi-conductor fibre-optic temperature sensor used to detect the temperature of a high speed rotary object.Experiments show that this system can effectively perform the steady non-touch measurement.
