摘要
定期维修制严重地制约着城市供电可靠率的提高，只有从定期维修制逐步向状态维修制过渡，才能有效地提高供电可靠性，状态维修制可以有效地降低维修人力、物力以及费用，减少维修错位与停电操作，保证安全运行。另外，文章还介绍了建立状态维修制初期的一些做法和设想。如：建立设备状态信息数据库、掌握供电设备的实时运行参数、分析设备的运行状态，从而为设备的适时检修提供依据；运用离线及在线监测新技术，提高科技现代管理，为设备的长周期安全运行打好基础。
The writer first gives an analysis on the necessity of state-originated maintenance of the power supply equipment,then an introduction to the general technologies for state-originated maintenance.In fact the plan-based maintenance limits the reliabi lity of power supply in city,and transition from tradtional maintenance to state-originated maintenance can breakthrough the limit.Of course valuable suggestions are given at end.
