摘要
继电保护装置是对保护范围内的故障区间或故障设备进行快速有选择的切除,是用来防止事故扩大的基本措施。利用重合闸使输电线路在发生瞬时性故障并切除后快速投入运行,尽快的让系统恢复正常运行状态,提高系统的供电可靠性,保证系统的安全、稳定运行。花园变电站是青海省境内重要的330kV枢纽变电站,其330kV花硝线和花龙I回两条线路采用单相重合闸并成串运行,二次回路非常复杂。因此,在更换花龙I回的保护装置时,新型不具有记忆功能的微机保护与原有的断路器控制装置配合时,在二次控制回路和重合闸回路上存在许多问题,文章针对FC-22具有记忆功能的操作箱和CSL-100系列不具有分相记忆的微机保护相配合时,就其二次回路和控制回路存在的问题进行了研究和改进,摸拟各种整组实验,使其回路完善化。
The Huayuan substation is an important 330kV substation in Qinghai power network.In the substation the single phase reswitch protection in serial type is taken for the Hua-xiao line and Long-hua line so that the secondary circuit is very complete.During replace of the protection apparatus for the Long-hua Ⅱline many problems occurred because the mismatch between new microprocessor based protection system without memory function and old breaker controller.The writer discusses those problems,introduces and proposes solutions for those problems.
