摘要
介绍了近年来碱性Zn/MnO_2电池的工艺进展,在正极中采用高活性MnO_2、较细的石墨粒子,在负极中使用细粒径锌合金,去汞、镉、铝,以及采用适宜的胶凝剂,缓蚀剂,减小筒壁厚度,使用适宜涂层;使用多孔更薄加有表面活性剂的隔膜;以及其他可提高碱性Zn/MnO_2电池性能的措施。指明碱性Zn/MnO_2电池仍有较大的发展潜力。
The advanced technologies in the alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery in recent years. such as using high active MnO2,fine graphite particles in the positive electrode using fine particle zinc powder,free Hg Cd > Pb and using advanced gelling system inhibitor in the negative electrode reducing wall thickness and adopting suitable coatings on the can,using the microporous .thinner separator with surfactant and other metheods improving the performance of the alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery were presented. It indicated that the alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery had larger development potentiality.
