摘要
针对广州乙烯装置6台裂解炉存在排烟温度高、热效率偏低、能耗偏大等问题进行分析,提出了节能改造措施。改造实施后,减少了裂解炉的燃料和电力消耗。
This paper focuses on the revamping of six cracking furnaces in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company, which have problems of high stack temperature, low overall thermal efficiency and high energy consumption, and advances some revamping measures for energy conservation. The fuel and power consumption of these cracking furnaces was reduced by implementing these measures.
