摘要
用超细氢氧化铝对泡沫酚醛材料进行了填充改性。结果表明,填充改性能提高酚醛泡沫的抗压强度;其导热系数随着使用温度和材料密度的升高而增大;泡沫材料在深冷情况下表现出优异的绝热性能。同时对其燃烧性能进行了考察,其临界氧指数高达47。酚醛树脂泡沫材料在高于150℃的高温环境中有自燃的危险,150℃以下可安全使用。
The modification of Phenolic Foam Materials by Al(OH) 3 powder filler is studied in this paper, which leads to the conclusion that the addition of Al(OH) 3 will result in the increase of compression strength of the foam materials. The coefficient of thermal conduction always increases with the measurement temperature and the density of the foam materials. Besides, the foam materials also show an excellent thermal isolation property at very low temperature. With the critical Oxgen Index up to 47, the foam material performas safely under 150℃. But there is a possibility of spontaneous combustion when the ambient temperature goes above 150℃
