基于C8051F310的光伏并网模拟装置设计

摘要 光伏并网发电模拟装置硬件和软件的设计,主电路采用半桥式逆变电路,逆变后的输出经滤波器、变压器至负载;C8051F310微控制器为系统核心,利用软件模拟的SPWM信号,经IR2110后驱动功率场效应管IRFP460;系统采用反馈控制,通过C8051F310中算法,实现对给定参考信号的相位、幅值、频率跟踪,保证输出与给定信号同步,并且具备最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)功能。 In the design of hardware and software with Photovoltaic Grid-connected power simulator,The main circuit using halfbridge inverter circuit,the output after the inverter is through the filter,transformer to the Ioad.C8051F310 as a core control element,And using IR2110 to drive Power MOSFET IRFP460.The system uses closed-loop control to track a given reference signal's phase,amplitude,frequency,and ultimately ensures the output to synchronize with a given signal by the feedback data through the algorithm C8051F310.The system also has the function of maximum power point tracking (MPPT).
