摘要
在系统介绍我国公路建设发展规划的基础上，重点阐述了高等级公路发展对我国专用汽车市场的促进和影响，以及高等级公路养护机械化对专用汽车的要求。
In this article,on the basis of introducing the development plan of country's highway construction Systematicallr,the author lays emphasis on stating the promotion and the effects of high level highway for special purpose vehicle market,and the requirement of special purpose vehicle from the mechanizing of high level highway's maintenance,presenting the existing problems and improving measures in the development of special purpose vehicle in our country.
