摘要
本文对国家标准文献共享服务平台的服务模式与保障措施进行了研究,介绍了资源检索与文献提供、服务站、特殊对象、用户跟踪与研究咨询等5种服务模式,从用户委员会、用户服务工作组、服务规范等方面阐述了服务的保障措施。
This paper studies on the service modes and safeguard measures of China National Sharing Service Platform of Standards Documents Resources. The 5 service modes are introduced, including resources retrieval and document delivery, service station, special customer service, customer requirement tracking, research and consulting service. The safeguard measures of customer committee, service group, service specification are discussed.
