摘要
为发挥"十二五"期间规划建设的川渝—华中交流特高压输电网强大的送电能力,提高华中交流特高压工程建设的经济效益,亦为实现四川水电更多季节性电能外送,减少四川电网丰期大量的弃水电量,通过优化2015年川电丰水期外送华中东四省的送电曲线,实现减少四川丰期弃水电量、提高华中交流特高压电网的利用小时数目标。通过对川渝间输电线路网架适应性的校核计算,进一步确定和提出较有利于川电东送的川渝省际联网方案。研究表明,优化川电东送华中东四省的送电曲线后,2015年可减少四川电网丰期调峰弃水电量约90亿kW·h,经济效益显著。
In order to take advantage of the UHVAC power transmission capability of Central China Power Grid, increase economic efficiency of the UHVAC project, enhance the delivery output of the seasonal electric energy of the Siehuan Province's hydropower and decrease the quantity of abandoning energy in high flow period, the study of optimizing the Sichuan power transmission curve and decreasing the quantity of abandoning energy in high flow period of Sichuan power grid was carried out. The results show that the decreasing quantity of abandoning energy is about 9 billion kW. h in 2015 after optimizing the Sichuan power transmission curve.
