天保工程实施后伊春国有林区生物质能源发展相对效率分析 被引量:1

Relative Efficiency Analysis on Biomass Energy Resources Development in Yichun National Forest area after TianBao Project

摘要 应用超效率DEA模型,选取能体现林木生物质能源发展内涵及基本特征的4个投入指标和1个产出指标,对伊春国有林区2008年16个林业局的生物质能资源发展相对有效性进行评价的结果表明:2008年伊春国有林区生物质能资源发展整体状况良好,生物质能资源投入产出效率较好,其中南岔林业局和朗乡林业局的生物质能资源发展效率相对较高,而友好林业局和新青林业局的生物质能资源发展效率相对较低。 Applying the ultra efficiency DEA model, selecting four investment targets and one output target with the connotation of the forest biomass energy resources development and its essential feature, this article evaluates relative validity of biomass energy resources development in 16 forestry bureaus in 2008. Results indicated that biomass energy resources development is overall in good condition in Yichun national forest area in 2008. The input and output of biomass energy resources are in high efficiency. Among them, the relative efficiency of biomass energy resources development in Nancha Forestry Bureau and Langxiang Forestry Bureau is higher, but in Youhao and Xinqing Forestry Bureaus is lower.
