摘要
能源和环境危机日益加剧迫使人们加快了研究燃料乙醇的步伐。近年来,酵母固定化技术被逐渐应用于燃料乙醇的研究与生产中,并以其可以重复利用、连续操作以及发酵周期短等优点显示了巨大的发展潜力。文中综述了国内外酵母固定化技术在燃料乙醇领域的研究进展,包括酵母固定化技术、固定化对酵母的影响、固定化酵母生物反应器以及发酵工艺等方面,提出了进一步研究的方向并对该技术的发展前景进行了展望。
The ever increasing energy crisis and the environmental deterioration have forced people to speed up the pace of research for fuel ethanol. In the past decades, various technologies of yeast immobilization have been employed for fuel ethanol production and demonstrated their great potential with advantages of repeated application, continuous operation and short fermentation period. In this paper, the research advances in this area was reviewed, which covered methods of immobilization, effects of immobilization on yeast cells, corresponding bioreactors and fermentation technologies. Finally, further research directions of the area were proposed.
