摘要
文章对竞争对手分析过程中的文化层面进行了解析,通过对个人文化商数和企业文化智能的描述,从竞争情报角度分析了企业文化对企业行为的影响,阐述了如何获取和分析企业竞争情报,指明了文化竞争战略是企业提高生存能力的未来发展战略。
The paper parses on the cultural dimension in the process of analyzing competitors. Through the description of individual components of culture intelligence and enterprise culture intelligence, the article analyzes the impact on corporate behavior from enterprise culture from the perspective of competitive intelligence. Not only it expatiates on how to access and analyze enterprise competitive intelligence, but also points out that the culture competitive intelligence strategy is development strategies for improving the viability in the future.
