摘要
本文主要介绍了书目数据库中关于题名项的著录要求，以及从采购验收到新书下库流通等工作环节中实行的三审责任制。
Abstract This paper presents the bibliographical requests for title entry in retrospective bibliography data base and the function of responsibility from book acquisition to circulation.
