摘要
实现军人患者计价在费用发生地，可以提高军队医院为军服务水平，简化军人就诊流程和环节。通过从整体构建“军队医疗卡”的应用平台，医生工作站，将检查、化验等各个独立的应用系统纳入统一管理。使军人患者持本人医疗卡在医院就医能够一卡通行，在极大地方便了军队人员就医的同时，提高了医院信息化、数字化管理，强化了医院对伤病员的全程管理，堵塞了漏洞，杜绝了军队医疗费的浪费与流失，保证科室收入的准确及时。
In one consulting area of the General Hospital of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army a system of paying where the military patients received medical services was experimented. There specialized consulting rooms were set up for ordinary soldiers and veteran cadres respectively, thus separating the civil and military patients. Special medical card was designed for soldiers with which the military patients can enjoy services everywhere in the medical institution. Physician working statioin, laboratory, and special examination rooms were put under unified management so as to make things convenient for the patients and improve the informationalization and digitalization. As a result the waste and leaks of medial expenses were stopped.
