摘要
根据我国企业现行的信息管理思想和技术水平,本文着重分析了IRM作为一种创新信息体制的实质及在我国企业实施的基础和条件,并提出了企业实施IRM体制的若干对策。
The article analyses the character of IRM as a new information system and the background and foundation for its implementation in Chinese enterprises. It proposes some implementation tactics, based on the current theoretical and technical levels of Information Management in Chinese enterprises.
