摘要
目的探讨植入性胎盘保守治疗方法的可行性。结果回顾分析2001年5月至2009年5月我院收治的9例植入性胎盘病例采用保守性手术或应用甲氨蝶呤化疗配合米非司酮,血府逐瘀汤保守治疗的效果:8例保守治疗成功,1例子宫切除。结论无严重出血及非穿透性胎盘植入可保守治疗。
Objective To investigate the implantation of the placenta the feasibility of conservative treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis in May 2001~ May 2009 in our hospital admitted nine cases of placenta accreta cases of conservative surgery or application of methotrexate chemotherapy with mifepristone,a conservative Xuefuzhuyu Tang the effects of treatment：8 cases of conservative treatment success,an example of hysterectomy.Conclusion No serious bleeding and non-penetrating treatment of placenta accreta may be conservative.
