摘要
目的探讨恶性综合征的临床特点与治疗,提高临床工作者对本综合征的认识。方法对18例NMS患者进行临床评价。结果①18例患者均有肌强直、高热、意识障碍、肌酸激酶值增高②发病3d内确诊并及时治疗者10例,全部存活,1周内未得到确诊者2例,全部死亡。结论NMS以肌强直、发热、意识障碍、肌酸激酶值增高为主要特征。避免误诊、早诊断早治疗是提高生存率的关键所在。
Objective To improve undertanding NMS through studing the clinical features and treatment of neuroleptic malignant syndrome[NMS].Methods 18 NMS patients were assessed.Results ①All the 18 patients had the manifestation of hyperthermia,muscle rigidity,consciousness disorder and increased CK level;②10 patients were correctly diagnosed and treated within the 3 days after the onset and survived; the 2 patients who did not get a correct diagnosis during the first week died.Conclusion NMS is mainly characterized by muscle rigidyty,hyperthemia,consciousness disorder and increased CK level; avoiding misdiagnosis and early treatment are the key of survival rate.
