三种根充糊剂的根管封闭性比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较氧化锌丁香油糊剂、vitapex糊剂和cortisomol糊剂根充后根管侧壁和根尖区的微渗漏情况,评价三种根充糊剂根充时对于根管侧壁及根尖区的封闭性能。方法分别使用三种根充糊剂充填单根管离体牙后,染色,片切,测量染液自根尖和根管侧壁渗入的长度。结果对比染液自根尖渗入微渗漏长度数值,cortisomol糊剂组微渗漏长度数值低于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组(P<0.001),vitapex糊剂组低于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组(P<0.001),cortisomol糊剂组微渗漏长度数值低于vitapex糊剂组(0.02<P<0.05);对比染液自根管侧壁渗入微渗漏长度数值,cortisomol糊剂组微渗漏长度数值低于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组(P<0.001),vitapex糊剂组低于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组(P<0.001),cortisomol糊剂组微渗漏长度数值低于vitapex糊剂组(0.01<P<0.02)。结论cortisomol糊剂的根管封闭性能无论在根尖还是根管侧壁均优于vitapex糊剂和氧化锌丁香油糊剂,vitapex糊剂的根管封闭性能又优于传统的氧化锌丁香油糊剂。 Objective To compare the zinc oxide-eugenol paste,vitapex paste,and cortisomol paste root canal filling after root canal wall and apical region microleakage and evaluate three kinds of root canal filling paste for root canal filling when the apical root canal wall and the closure of the performance area.Methods To use three kinds of root canal filling paste filling from a single root canal teeth,the dyeing,Katagiri,measuring dye liquor from the root tip and root canal wall penetration length.Results The comparison of dye liquor from the length of apical microleakage infiltration values,cortisomol paste group microleakage values lower than the length of zinc oxide-eugenol paste group (P〈0.001),vitapex paste group was lower than zinc oxide-eugenol paste group (P〈0.001),cortisomol paste group of micro-leakage values lower than the length of vitapex paste group (0.02〈P〈0.05); contrast dye liquor from the root canal length of wall penetration microleakage values,cortisomol paste group of micro -leakage length of the value lower than the zinc oxide-eugenol paste group (P〈0.001),vitapex paste group was lower than zinc oxide-eugenol paste group (P〈0.001),cortisomol paste group of microleakage length of the value of less than vitapex paste group (0.01 〈P〈0.02).Conclusion Cortisomol closure properties of paste of the root canal in terms of apical or root canal wall are better than vitapex paste and zinc oxide eugenol paste,vitapex paste of the root canal seal performance was better than the traditional zinc oxide-eugenol paste agent.
