摘要
目的探讨髋关节脱位合并股骨头骨折的治疗方法和效果。方法16例髋关节脱位合并股骨头脱位患者,根据Pikpin分型,Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型3例,Ⅳ型2例,应用手法复位及可吸收钉手术治疗。结果本组患者骨折愈合时间平均为12个月,根据美国矫形外科学院的评定标准,优4例,良7例,可4例,差1例,优良率为69%。术后随访1～3年效果满意。结论股骨头骨折应早期诊断并力争做到早期解剖复位,手术应用可吸收钉治疗股骨头骨折的效果较好。
Objective To investigate the hip dislocation combined with femoral head fracture treatment methods and results. Methods 16 cases of hip dislocation in patients with femoral head dislocation that application of manual reduction and can be absorbed nail surgery , according to Pikpin typing, Ⅰ type 4 cases, Ⅱ type in 7 cases, Ⅲ type 3 cases, Ⅳ type 2 cases,application of manual reduction and can be ab- sorbed nail surgery. Results Fracture healing time of this group of patients an average of 12 months,according to the U.S. Institute of orthopedic surgery evaluation criteria,were excellent in 4 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in 4 cases and poor in 1 ease,the fine rote was 69%. 1-3 years postoperative follow-up results were satisfactory. Conclusion Femoral head fracture should be diagnosed early and make every effort to achieve early phase analyses replacement, the effect of the surgery applies absorbable screws treatment femoral head bone fracture to be better.
