摘要
目的观察癣平丸配合迪银片治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将120例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组口服迪银片，4片／次，3次／d；治疗组在埘照组治疗基础加服癣平丸，6g/次，3次／d，两组均治疗2周为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组总仃效率为91．67％，对照组为71．66％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（X^2=5．667，P〈0．05）。结论癣平丸与迪银片配合治疗寻常型银屑病有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris with Xianping Pills. Methods 120 patients of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly recruited into a experimental group （60 cases） and a control group （60 cases）. The experimental group was treated with Diyin tablets （12 tablets per day） and the Xianping pill （ 18g per day） ; while the control group was treated with the Diyin Tablet （12 tablets per day） exclusively. Results The effective rate at the four weeks＇ treatment was 91.67% and 71.66% in the experimental group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference （X^2=5.667, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris with Xianping Pills and Diyin Tablet is better than with Diyin Tablet only.
