摘要
为实现平行双关节坐标测量机快速、准确的评定空间中任意位置带端面圆的圆度误差,基于最小二乘法原理,提出一种利用空间三维坐标信息进行圆度误差评定的算法。该算法可运用于坐标测量机软件中,并将传统三坐标测量机对特殊圆形工件的多步测量简化为一步测量。程序运行结果表明,该算法是准确可靠的。这为方便、快捷的评定特殊圆形工件提供了技术支持。
Aimed at a fast and accurate assessment of circularity error of a round with end face in any position of space by using parallel pairs of joint coordinate measuring machines,this paper proposes a circularity-error algorithm,based on least-squares principle and aided by spatial coordinates three-dimensional information.This algorithm suited to CMM allows the conventional multi-step measurement of particular round parts to be simplified into single-step measurement.The operation shows that the accurate and reliable algorithm offers technical support to easier and simpler assessment of particular round parts.
