距骨骨折的治疗体会及疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨距骨骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法我科2003年7月-2008年8月共收冶的各型距骨骨折25例。经随访后资料总结。2例行小腿石膏固定10～12周,23例手术治疗;其中15例采用腔空心钉固定,8例采用可吸收螺钉固定,2例采用克氏针固定。结果所有患者均获得12～48个月的随访(平均21个月),术后5例出现距骨缺血性坏死,2例出现踝关节及距下关节创伤性关节炎。1例行关节融合术。采用美国足踝骨科协会评分标准进行评价,优17例,良3例,可3例,差2例,优良率80%。结论移位的距骨骨折选择适当的手术时机及正确的手术入路,尽量保护血运及提高复位质量,术后力争早期踝关节功能锻炼。
