PLUS髋关节假体治疗发育性髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨运用非骨水泥型BICON-PLUS螺旋臼、SL-PLUS柄治疗发育性髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎的效果。方法对35例(37髋)发育性髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者实施人工全髋关节置换术治疗,手术使用非骨水泥型BICON-PLUS螺旋臼、SL-PLUS柄。其中CroweⅠ型11例,CroweⅡ型14例,CroweⅢ8例,CroweⅣ型4例。结果本组手术全部成功,术后无松动翻修发生。随访6个月至5年,平均29个月。所有手术患者对手术结果满意,术后患髋疼痛及功能均明显改善,术前术后的Harris评分统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论运用非骨水泥型BICON-PLUS螺旋臼、SL-PLUS柄治疗发育性髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎可取得满意的近期结果,远期效果有待进一步观察。
