摘要
东盟地区是世界重要的电子行业生产基地,东盟电子产业集群的产生和发展与跨国公司对东盟的投资是分不开的。跨国公司促进了东盟电子产业集群的形成,东盟电子产业集群反过来又吸引了跨国公司更多的投资,两者之间形成了良好的互动关系,而东盟国家政府的政策对两者的互动也功不可没。
ASEAN is an important production base of electronic industry in the world. The origination and develop- ment of ASEAN＇s electronic industrial cluster are closely related with transnational corp.. Transnational corp. pro- moted the origination of electronic industrial cluster in ASEAN first, and then ASEAN＇s electronic industrial cluster attracts much more investment from transnational corp. to promote its develoment, so a good interactive relationship forms between them. Furthermore, the policies of ASEAN nations＇ governments also play an important role in the interaction between the both sides.
