摘要
目的：探讨面中部骨折的特点、治疗方法及并发症的处理。方法：对近5年来我院收治的136例面中部骨折的病例进行回顾性分析。结果：患者伤口全部Ⅰ期愈合,面部外形恢复满意,部分患者配合1-2周的颌间牵引,咬合关系、张口度恢复正常。结论：在积极治疗面中部骨折的同时,应注意并发症的治疗。
Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics,treatment and complication of middle facial fracture.Methods： Retrospective analysis 136 cases of middle facial fracture treated in our hospital in the recent five years.Results：All the wounds healed primarily,satisfactory facial symmetry and The level of occlusion and mouth-opening recovered.Conclusions： Positive treatment the middle facial fractur as well as pay attention to treatment the complication.
