摘要
本文选用微波烧结新工艺,对ZTA陶瓷力学性能进行了研究,获得了较传统烧结工艺优良的陶瓷抗奇强度和断裂韧性。新工艺可以显著降低ZTA陶瓷的致密化温度,同时改善其显微结构。
