摘要
简要介绍了催化裂化助辛烷值剂（简称助辛剂）的性能、原理、使用方法及应用中应注意的问题。通过工业应用实例可知：当助辛剂在系统中的含量为１０％～３０％时，汽油辛烷值（ＲＯＮ）可以提高１～４个单位，ＭＯＮ可以提高１～２个单位。应用助辛剂可作为炼油厂生产９０号无铅汽油的重要途径之一。使用助辛剂增产的Ｃ３～Ｃ４馏分含有高浓度的气体烯烃，可以用来增加烷基化油和ＭＴＢＥ等高辛烷值组分的生产，可以作为石油化学品生产的原料，也可以作为液化气产品出售。
Abstract The properties, mechanism and usage of ON enhancing additive are introduced. Commercial application shows that when the content of the additive in system is 10%～30%, RON of FCC gasoline can be increased by 1～4 units, and MON, by 1～2 units. ON enhancing additive can also be used to produce 90 # unleaded gasoline. The C 3～C 4 cuts rich in light of olefins can be used to produce alkylate, MTBE or other petrochemicals or sold directly as a kind of gas fuel.
