摘要
目的:分析我院门诊中药注射剂的应用状况,为我院中药注射剂的合理使用提供依据。方法:利用我院药剂科自行开发的"处方评价系统",对我院门诊2008年中药注射剂的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊2008年全年总处方数为395 895张,其中,中药注射剂处方数为10 017张,门诊中药注射剂使用率为2.53%。不同费别患者中药注射剂使用率:医保患者为3.50%,自费患者为1.92%;免费患者为1.56%。不同年龄患者中药注射剂使用率:6岁以下为0.02%;6～17岁为1.27%;18～44岁为1.83%;45～59岁为3.44%,60岁以上为3.98%。用药频度列前3位的药品是疏血通、丹红、苦碟予;药物利用指数大于1的药品有5种,占总品种的45.45%。结论:我院门诊中药注射剂总体使用率不高,但在医保患者及45岁以上患者中使用率偏高,并存在一定不合理用药情况。
Objective：To analyze the clinical use et Chinese Medicine Injections （CMD in our hospital fot reference of their rational use.Methods：Prcscripuons were selected from Oatpationt for anatysis of the use of CMI by the system of prescriptions evaluated which was developed by DeNs of pharmacy in oar hospital.Results：Of the totat 395 895 preseriptions examined in Outpatients 10 0l 7 （2.53%） were CMI prescriptions.The usage probability of CMI wltb differet kinds of expemse;the patients with medical klsurance was 3.50%Ahe patients by their own expense was 1.92% and the patients m free of charge was 1.56%.The usage probability of CMI with different ages：under 6 years old was 0.02%.6 to 17 years old was 1.27%A 8 to 44 years old waa 1.8~%.between 45 and 59 years old was 3,44% and older than 60 years old was 3.98%, In terms of DDDs,Shuxuetong,Danhong and Ku diezi were the tirst second and third,there were five kinds of drug whose DUI〉I, accounting by 45.45%.Coneluglon：Overall the usage probability of （M1 in eu~ hospital was not very high,but it was little high in the patients who have medical insurance and were older 45 years and the irrational use of drugs was still existed.
