摘要
目的:将克癌素有效成分姜黄素槲皮素按特定配比,对S180荷瘤鼠进行给药,考察不同配比不同剂量对肿瘤生长的抑制效果。方法:在特定时间范围内对S180鼠口服灌胃特定剂量特定比例的姜黄素、槲皮素药物,计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾腺指数,确定姜黄素和槲皮素的配伍比例及临床用药剂量。结果:总给药量6.25g/kg时,槲皮素与姜黄素质量比为35g:20g时抑瘤效果最佳。结论:克癌素有效成分姜黄素槲皮素具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,两者以一定比例配伍使用,可作为结肠癌靶向定位滴丸克癌素的组方成分。
Objective：The acnve ingredient Curcumin and Quercetin of anti-cancer element were given to S180 tumor-bearing mice by a specific ratio of drug and then to investigate the tumor growth depression effect base on different doses and different proportions.Methods： In a specit3c time limits ,the S180-specific mice were taken oralty intragastric administration by a specific proportion of Curcumin and Quercetin to calculate inhibilion rare.spleen index and thyroids gland index.thus to determine the compatibility proportion of the Curcumin and Qucrcetin and the dose Ibr the clinical administration.Results：The anti-tumor effect was best when the ratio of Curcumin and Quercetin was 35 to 20 ,and the total dose was 6.25g/kg Conclusion：Thc Curcumin and Quercetin by the specific ratio may be served as formula of anti-cancer element as colon targeting dropping pill.
