摘要
在醇法合成ZSM-5分子筛的基础上,用固体高分辨^(23)Na-MAS-NMR技术对ZSM-5分子筛原粉、灼烧以及灼烧后吸水的样品进行对比研究,结果表明,在醇法合成的ZSM-5样品中,Na^+与醇分子之间存在相互作用,与醇结合的Na^+在分子筛形成过程中起模板作用.
On the basis of synthesizing ZSM-5 type zeolite with alcohol,the high-resolution solid-state 23Na-MAS-NMR technique was used to investigate ZSM-5 type zeolite precursor,zeolite baked for 2 h at 600℃ ,and zeolite after baking and adsorbing water saturately. Analysing the chemical shift and the half-height width , the chemical enviroments of Na+ in the ZSM- 5 type zeolites prepared in alcohol and with direct method and the templating effect of alcohol during the formation of ZSM-5 type zeolite were discussed.
