摘要
目的:了解住院期间老年静脉输液患者需求并分析原因,提供科学、有效的改进方法以满足患者的需求。方法:选择我院老年病房需要静脉输液治疗的患者131例,采用自制的问卷调查,分析了解他们在接受静脉输液治疗过程中的需求、不适及担心问题等。结果:老年患者在静脉输液过程中对护士巡视、了解药物名称、作用及副作用的需求较高,对护士能否一次穿刺成功、是否排尽空气、液体输完后护士不能及时拔针或换针而发生危险比较担心。结论:护理人员应关注老年输液患者的需求,加强巡视,提高技术操作水平,使患者在良好的心理状态下,接受并完成治疗。
Objective： Find out the need of Hospitalized elderly patientS with intravenous infusion and analyze the reason, Provide scientific and effective methods to meet the needs of patients.Methods：Realize and resolve the patients＇ need. discomfort and worries by Questionnaire survey research on 131 cases of the Hospitalized elderly patients with intravenous infusion.Result：Firstly, the main need of the elderly patients with intravenous infusion are：Nurse visits, knowing drug＇s name,curative and side effectS.secondly： the patients＇cares are the success rate of puncture, air Exhaust and timeliness of withdrawal or exchange of needles.Conclusions： Nurses should pay more attention to the need of elderly patients with transfusion, strengthen inspections and increase the level of technical operations to help patients accept and complete treatment in good mental state.
