筑坝用重型混凝土振动器的非线性动力学分析

摘要 首先建立了筑坝用重型混凝土振动器的二自由度非线性动力学模型及微分方程,然后用渐近法求解系统的共振解和非共振解.研究表明,该振动器工作在第一阶共振点附近,既能获得振捣所需振型又能提高减振效果.文中提供了数值算例.本文提出的模型可为进一步研究提供基础. Firstly, this paper builds the nonlinear mechanical model of two degrees of freedom for a heavy vibrator used for dam constuction. Secondly, its resonance and non-resonance responses are obtained by the asymptotic method. The study shows that the heavy vibrator should be designed to work at a frequency near to the first natural one, then a cone-like vibration modal needed for concrete vibrating is obtained and unnecessary vibration transmission is decreased greatly. A numerical example is provided. The advanced model can serve as a basis for further studies.
