摘要
采用核磁共振波谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差式扫描量热仪及熔体流动速率仪研究重包装薄膜专用料的微观结构、热性能及熔体流动性能。结果表明,国外样品具有高熔流比、宽相对分子质量分布,制成薄膜后的力学性能优于国产原料。为自主开发高性能重包装薄膜专用料提供建议。
13C-NMR,GPC,DSC and melt flow rheometer were used to analysis microstructure, melt property and melt flow behavior of heavy packaging film special resin. The results show that foreign samples have high melt flow rate, wide distribution of relative molecular weight, and the film mechanical property is superior to that of domestic resin. Some suggestions for domestic development of heavy packaging film resin are put forward.
