摘要
针对CO2驱过程中气体窜流的现象,以封堵气窜为目标,选择添加有AM(丙烯酰胺单体)的硅酸钠溶液配方体系进行高温高压反应釜成胶试验、流变性试验、微观试验及岩心封堵试验。该配方体系由浓度5%的硅酸钠水溶液,浓度1.5%~2%AM,适量的有机交联剂和引发剂配制而成。在恒温45℃、不同CO2分压的条件下成胶,并针对所成胶体进行一系列的试验研究后发现AM浓度2%,反应压力6MPa所成胶体具有强度高和变形能力强、网状结构清晰、封堵率高且抗冲刷能力强等优点,初步满足封堵CO2气窜要求。
In view of gas breakthrough in CO2 flooding, the formulation of 5% sodium silicate solution, 1.5 %~2 % AM (Acrylamide monomer) with proper crosslinking agent and initiator was selected for high temperature/high pressure reaction cauldron experiments on the thermal condition of 45 ℃ and different manometric conditions in consideration of gas channeling in CO2 flooding. The gelling performance was observed,the strength, microstructure and blocking effects of this system were researched with the help of rheometer, core flow equipments, sand pack, and so on. After analyzing several influence factors, an efficient blocking agent with the concentration of 2 % AM at 6 MPa was prepared primarily. Because the gel of this formulation has high strength of anti-washing with clear network structure and high ability of blocking, it can meet the requirement of blocking the gas channeling in CO2 flooding.
